Structured Data for YouTube Video with oEmbed ACF field

    Hello,

    I have installed and configured your plugin. I need to generate structured data for my YouTube videos. According to your instructions, I created a YouTube API key. However, this still doesn’t work for me.

    My videos are added using the oEmbed ACF field. Here is how the video looks on the front end:

    I also tried creating a Schema Type VideoObject, but this doesn’t work either. It doesn’t recognize my video as a video.

    Could you please assist me with this issue?

    Hi,

    We have reviewed the video you shared, but we are unable to see the video on the frontend page. In the video, we noticed that the option “enable schema if video is present” is enabled in the schema type. Kindly disable this option and check again. Also, try adding the video normally and check. If the issue persists, please let us know.

    So now it displays the videoObject scheme but there is no information about my video. It’s just an empty and useless videoObject scheme.

    What do you mean by adding a video normally?
    ACF fields are a very common and good practice. It is very strange that your plugin does not support them. How do I add a video to make it work?

    It supports custom fields, but we wanted to test it once. Please disable the option and let us know so we can check the schema generated on your end. If possible, could you also create a test page with a regular video and see if the schema output behaves differently there?
