Structured Data not being added for newer reviews for several weeks

I’ve just spotted in Google Search console that my number of rich snippets for products/reviews have not increased for several weeks/months now despite adding many new review articles. I then checked some links with https://search.google.com/test/rich-results that confirmed the following:
Compare an older review: https://www.earnologist.com/how-to-make-money-online-with-microsoft-trove-complete-guide/ which does have the structured data with:
Newer review: https://www.earnologist.com/pinchme-review-earning-guide-is-it-really-legit/ which does not.
- yasr-schema-graph does not appear at all in the newer reviews.
- “Is this a review?” is set to “yes”.
What I’ve tried (clearing cache after each):
- Changing the rating and republishing.
- Toggling the “is it a review?” to off, publishing, then back to on and publishing.
- Removing other structured data elements such as an FAQ then republishing.
Edit: It might be worth noting that I do not use visitor votes, only our “overall rating”. Additionally I do not auto insert ratings, but add via the shortcode.
