Structured Data Rich Snippet Error

Hello,

I believe you are getting that error because there is only 1 review of the post, the authors.
The plugin’s idea was to be used for collective reviews, for a single review there are extra fields that are needed, such as reviewer’s name.

We are looking for a solution to fix this when there is only one review.

Well inside an review article how many review do you expect it to be? If its a review about hostgator hosting, ofcourse you are going to write one review only, not a bunch of review. Also I do not understand what do you mean by collective review and how adding multiple review inside a single post make sense. Anyways I will look forward for the fix of this very soon.

By collective review I meant review done by your and your website’s visitors. With this plugin, if you have comments enabled, visitors can post their review as well.

Oh OK. But I don’t want that to be enabled on my site. So please fix this issue as early as you can.

You will understand that how weirdly the rick snippet are showing search result when it is being used by a single author based review.

Thank you very much for your appreciation. I’m glad that you liked my site. I always try to make all my project simple, minimal and flat while following all best coding practices suggested by Google to load my site blazing fast.

Your plugin has great potential, but the coding can be improved to load it superfast. Currently the plugin doesn’t follow all the best coding practise and I hate to see a good plugin with great potential like that way. Please don’t mind, it’s my honest review.

I have the same issue here, thumbs up for handling this as soon as possible, Google issues should be top priority. By the way, I have multiple reviews on this page, my author review and several customers reviews. The errors are still showing in webmasters tool.

These errors make me hesitant as to whether to integrate this plugin in the whole website or buy the pro.

@juddi22: Please note that, showing rich snippet on search result is completely upto google. Just because your page/post has rich snippet doesnt mean that google will show them up. Its completely upto google to decide.
As you add rich snippet you are just telling google that my page has the potential to show up rich snippet, now its upto you if you wanna show them.

I understand. Interestingly enough, all products indexed before enabling the plugin show the stars in the rich snippets (my theme has rich snippets too). That’s why I relate it with the plugin. Maybe it’s straightforward relation, maybe it is because of the errors with missing reviewr and stuff. But definitely it is related to the plugin functioning on the site.

Well I’m also waiting for a fix and update of this plugin with all the things I’ve mentioned. I know the devs are working on this, but the process seems very slow and not sure when the update is gonna arrive. It seems like they are short on staffs ??

Are you guys taking this seriously? Are you people actually going to fix the issues and release an update soon? I really thought purchasing some pro addon of ur plugin, but now I’m not even sure whether or not I’m gonna use this anymore. Never seen this kind of support. I’ve posted the issues months back and still no fix on these.
So, please let me know when are you going to release the fix, or even you are going to release the fix soon. Otherwise I will opt for other plugin. Hoping for a reply on this.

I talked with the devs of this plugin personally. They don’t care what problem you face and may be not going to release am update anytime soon as this plugin does not generate any revenue to them. So you better opt for other similar plugin. I don’t think this is going to be updated anytime soon as per their attitude towards this. They clearly said that they have more serious things in their hand which will generate revenue to them and they don’t give a damn of your problem aa this is a free plugin.
