Struggling Finding the Right Autoresponder Plugin

Can someone tell me what a good plugin is for the following scenario. I want an email to be sent to anyone who registers on my blog. The email needs to have an attachment (ebook) on it. I am shocked that I have spent the better part of today trying to find this. Any guidance would be appreciated.
