I accidentally uploaded a bad subscribers csv file. It had a handful of real entries and then a bunch of blank entries (just commas)–resulting in over 100 rows. I received a message that I would receive an email when the import was complete, but it’s been hours and I haven’t received it yet. As a test, I tried uploading a second file with only one entry, and received the same message about waiting for an email. So I seem to be stuck.

Thanks, I’ve subsequently found the fine print and figured it out. I had hit the 100 subscriber import limit on free accounts. It would be helpful if Jetpack gave a message about this rather than just erroneously stating that you’ll receive an import status email that then never arrives.

    Hi there, @fssbob,

I am glad to hear that you eventually figured this out, and your suggestion is indeed a great one. Would you mind flag this to our product team’s attention? If you have a GitHub account, you can do it from this direct link.

Enhancement requests weigh more if coming directly from users ??
