It could be that the hosting provider is not supported. If the instructions here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/uploading-a-file-stuck-at-100-what-to-do/ do not work, there is nothing else to do :/

As I mentioned in my initial posting, the hosting provider is Web Hosting Hub. It is listed on your list of supported providers. And per your own documentation you’ve run compatibility testing with this provider, correct?

Is there any other information that I can attempt to gather to figure this out?

I utilize your tool, Dropbox extension, and Unlimited extension for all of my sites. I use it to move or backup one site, sometimes more, per week. This is one of the first times I’ve ever had or seen an issue with it. This gives me some hesitation as to whether all of the backups I am collecting as contingency will actually be able to be restored…

This has happened to me today as well. I too have followed the steps given in the link.
I am moving the exact same site as I have done before to the same server as before but it hangs at 100%

I have already migrated it manually… And like I mentioned, this was a production site. I can’t have this site down to investigate. I was willing to attempt a migration and gather logs, but your comment that “there is nothing else to do” gave me great pause…

I am investigating replacements to ensure I don’t run into this for any of my backups.

When you have our premium products, you get a support package too. You should make use of it instead of posting here – while forums are supported, we do not provide the same level of support and speed of replies here.
