Stuck at Login Page – Transfer from .com to .org

Hey there,

I’m having issues simply logging into the dashboard of this domain – https://www.hellomisspatterson.com

She registered her domain name through WordPress.com but bought hosting yesterday so that she can transfer her domain to a .org blog and actually use plugins. I’m currently helping her set everything up and have had experience with multiple www.ads-software.com blogs that I run on my own domains for my business.

So we pointed the nameservers to the new hosting and I waited for it to propagate. Checked the domain and through whois and everything seems to indicate that the domain has been propagated.

I installed wordpress at first through the one-click installation through parallels plesk and when I couldn’t login to the dashboard, i decided to uninstall the “application” from within plesk and manually install wordpress (this is what I have done on all my own domains). That went without a hitch at all.

After all That, it still has not worked. I type in the correct username and password and the page never seems to load. The url in the address bar does seem to react but it never connects to the dashboard. I have cleared the browser caches, tried different browsers, tried different networks…

i’m stuck! Is it possible that the domain needs to be propagated more and that I should wait a little longer or is there something I’m not doing on my end?
