    The plugin worked fine in the past. After recent update my feeds all stuck at processing 50% forever and crashed my site, so I had to delete and use other plugin.

    But thanks to the support team they solved the problem quickly, after updating to the latest version the issue is gone!

    Hi @carywp,

    I’m sorry about this issue. We had some emergency patches over the weekend, please update to 13.3.5.3 as it fixes this processing stuck issue.

    Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. As Fauzan mentioned, we had some emergency patches go out over the weekend. Our team worked hard to get this sorted as soon as we could.

    Would you be able to update to 13.3.5.3 and if everything it all well and good, we’d love if you’d reconsider your 1-star ??
