    Dear Developer,

I am using the lite version in a staging environment setup locally. But sometimes the book doesn’t load and is stuck on the loading wheel after PDF worker, WEBGL3D etc. and then if I refresh the browser page, it loads fine.

I have noticed this error repeats alternately. So, if I open the first time it opens, the second time it doesn’t, the third time, on refresh it opens..and so on..

I wish I could share a URL with you but it’s my local environment.

Could you just give me any tips? Maybe it’s a known issue or something?

    Hi,

    It’s not a known issue.
Are you using Ajax, tabs, or third-party popups to load flipbooks?

These are the plugins on my test site –

Any idea which plugin might be interfering?

Also, there are two books – first is under 1 mb and other is 3 mb. The 3 mb one creates issues…but most of my books would be around that size ??

Please let me know if you could point me in the right direction

    Hi,

Links to the page containing the flipbook would be helpful not the plugins list.

or your Developer console log, network log.

    Yeah it does.

Try loading the page in another browser. See if it loads. If it did it’s a cache issue. Clean it and it should be ok.

If not, please try with another pdf. If it did it because the pdf is somewhat corrupted and the render engine is not able to read it.. re export the pdf and it might work.

If both fail it’s a unseen problem and you might need to share the pdf.

    Thanks Deip, you’re amazingly fast!

Will try the steps you told me and get back.
