Stuck at the checkout screen

I have a problem using the Mercado Pago payment gateway. After filling in the checkout fields and clicking confirm, the screen only updates and does not redirect to the order, nor does it generate a charge at the payment gateway. It only generates the order in woocommerce as “pending”
