    I hope you are able to help me.

    When I attempt to access the WordFence dashboard for the first time, it usually shows a brief usage demonstration before the panel is unlocked. What should I do when the demonstrations are not displayed and the screen remains stuck as shown in the image? What could be causing this?

    Hi @felipeformiga, thanks for getting in touch!

    I’ve commonly seen cases of this, or specific buttons being inoperative when our JavaScript is failing to load properly, possibly due to a conflict or error earlier on in the loading process.

    Firstly I’d try an incognito/private browsing window or a totally different browser to your default choice just to make sure nothing’s being cached that shouldn’t be. If the pages still appear greyed out under these conditions, try disabling all other plugins except for Wordfence. If the page appears as normal, reenable your other plugins one-by-one to see when the issue reappears. That’ll be the cause of the conflict and may need to be disabled if it continues to cause problems going forward.

    If the above doesn’t help, letting us know any specific errors in your?browser console?would be useful to help diagnose what might be happening.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I followed your suggestion, but unfortunately, it did not work.

    There is another strange behavior.

    When I go to “Wordfence” → “Tools” in the “Live Traffic” tab, I see the following message: “Last Hit: Invalid Date Invalid Date (NaN seconds ago)”.

    Do you have another suggestion?
