Stuck in loop on log in

I am trying to get this plug in installed and am getting this message:
“To use the AdSense Plugin, you need to sign in to your Google account.
Get started”
So I click “Get Started” and it brings me back to the same page! PLEASE HELP! I am totally lost and really want to use this plug in as it seems awesome. My website is https://www.godhatescleveland.com
