stuck in most simple basics (no native function in 2024)

After maybe 20 minutes we stuck in this problem and support confirmed:
By using nitropack its not possible to have this options and very simple basics:

– If you have a large website you definitly need to setup priority for every posttype. We asking support how to setup:
Index first 1000 products (type: product) before crawler running on 10.000 other sub-pages.

Feedback from support: Good idea.
Sorry, this is not a good idea. This is a absolute must-have and we are in 2024 and we still talking about crawler basics like this?

Next issue:
– We already reduced all not needed DNS Lookups. So now we need to prefetch all needed DNS Lookups by “Reduce DNS Lookups” function. Most of all caching plugins (also free edition) support that function.
NitroPack charge much more per month (and have packages per website-views) and still not have this important function.
They confirm its important to reduce the DNS lookups. But at the same time they say: we can not prefetch the needed DNS lookups. WOW.
Also here: We are in 2024 and still stuck in basics like this?

Sorry. You definitly need to improve this high-priced product.
We going to cancle all 65 subscriptions which we handle and will migrate back to other plugins which can handle the basic needs of page improvements.

And about the score/grade of improvement:
Other plugins cache much more kb/data without bracking the website.
The website in gtmetrix and many other benchmarks (we duplicate the project to 3 stages and installed 3 different caching plugins).
2 of them are much faster. Nitro pack was on place 3. Other cheaper plugin are faster. Also ISP (google pagespeed insights): with nitropack the score is 66. By using another caching plugin we have 91 and passed the core vital values. We also enabled the most hard caching method in nitropack and it does not optimize the website like the other caching plugins.

All together:
To high price for that value.
So less functions and basics are missing.
We have so many clients and after so long product dev time the client still missing simple improvement options like shown above.

And all that basics we start missing after using your product 20 minutes. I dont know how much more is still not possible after we checking more and more your product. ??
