stuck on 99%

    Hi,
    thanks for your message, sorry to hear about this issue.

    I would need more background on this in order to assist you:
    1) by “stuck” you mean it won’t get pass over 99% or that every time you run Bulk ShortPixel it jumps to 99% and then the processing ends quickly afterwards?
    2) have you tried to run Bulk ShortPixel first only on the main images and then on the thumbs as well?
