Stuck on Attempting to authenticate…

Hello, try to remove extension from your browser completely and then install it again. You have to use google chrome browser. Also please follow our chrome extension setup guide.

We close this case as resolved, because didn’t get further message from you. You can open this case again later if needed.

I tried the same way as the documentation. Also, I created a new Chrome profile, installed it on the Ali2woo extension and tried to connect. But it still stuck on the same position as shown above.

Please try to import a product from AliExpress using built-in plugin search, will it work or it gives a error too?

It works in built-in search.
