• Hi All,

Just wondering if you can give me a hand. Optimize all pictures option results in the message “Examining existing attachments. This may take a few moments…” but nothing ever happens. I have left it overnight and I believe forasmuch as 13 hours with no change. The individual optimizes function does not appear to work either.

I have confirmed with my hosting provider that allow_url_fopen is one. Any other thoughts?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin.
Have something wrong in your PHP files or in your Browser Console (Type F12, then Console (for Google Chrome))?

    Best regards,
    Charles

I’ve got the same problem. It’s an endless clock that never changes. I assumed it was the 7162 images but it’s just never changing.

Hmm…. any more details? What type of PHP error? How would I track it down? I just upgraded Goddady PHP to 7.2.

    Hi guys,

    You should normally have errors.
1/ Check in your browser Console (by typing F12) to view if there’s any Javascript Error
2/ Check your PHP Error log (see your hosting provider), there should be something wrong.

Report these errors to this thread, we’ll try to help !
    Cheers,
    Chares

I have same issue and the error logs in the browser console are:

/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Still stuck on Examining existing attachments. This may take a few moments…

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi mochilerotai,

This is a quite strange issue :/
Have a look at the following link, it may help : https://errorcodespro.com/how-to-fix-chromes-err_spdy_protocol_error/
I think it’s not directly due to the plugin.

    Keep us posted ??
    Charles
