Stuck on 'Loading Quotes'

Hello,

I’ve just installed Flexi Quote Rotator. I entered in 10 quotes and then added the shortcode to a page. The shortcode reads:
[quoteRotator delay="{60}" fade="{1}" fadeout="{1}"]
After publishing the page, I opened it to view how the quotes were functioning. It has been stuck on ‘Loading Quotes…’ for approximately 10 minutes now.

I’ve looked through the support archives, and didn’t find any resolution to this. The resolutions I did find pointed to a link that seems to be out of date as the page you land on doesn’t have the solution listed anymore.

Can you suggest how I might resolve this?
