Stuck on Paypal Create New Account page

I just tested the plugin in production mode. Paying with Paypal works fine. But when paying with credit card the user gets a “create new account page” on PP that will not go away even if you click “no thanks.”

The CC money goes, the transaction email comes from Paypal, but this annoying screen keeps the client’s “Thank You” screen from showing up.

Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks in advance for your expertise.
