Stuck on “Pending Approval’ after a years use

When I verified my key, everything worked fine, but there was a note stating that my account had to be reviewed, and I have used Mailpoet for at least a year already. But the note also said “no worries, this will take a couple of hours at most”. That was about 26 hours ago, and my email is still waiting to be sent and stuck in “Paused” and “couple of hours at most” is still on my screen.
