Website was working fine a few days ago. We recently added a printful integration plugin and everything was working fine until yesterday I was notified by multiple customers that the website will not load.

The website is loaded behind the preloader and is responsive if you delete the preloader code on inspector, but I need a permanent solution.

I’ve looked through all the support forums for similar issues and tried everything:
    1. made sure everything was updated (everything already was)
    2. deactivating plugins
    3. going through file manager on cPanel sifting for problem plugins/theme
    4. added CSS and JS code to disable the preloader (only worked for users on Chrome)

I have tested this on a Mac and a PC using Safari, Chrome, and Explorer, all have this same issue.

Nothing is working and I continue to get calls and emails about the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I should also add that somehow while this issue has been about, I’ve had two customers get on and make orders… how can this be possible…?

I just realized that these issues have started since wordpress 5.4 update yesterday. What steps might I take to get my site back up and running smoothly?

I reverted back to WordPress 5.3.2 and everything is running smoothly

    Hello there,

Apologies for the issue caused. However I can’t reproduce the issue with normal Sydney setup. Perhaps one of your active plugins causing you a script conflict. Please try temporarily disable all active plugins at once and run your test to rule out plugin-specific issue.
