Stuck on “processing 10%”

    Hi there,

    We have installed the PRO version on a test version of our website. We have set up a feed and make sure that the WP CRON is running (WP_CRON enabled in wp-config.php AND running every 15 minutes via crontab).

    After 48 hours the feed is still stuck on “processing 10%”

    How can we debug the issue?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The system status shows this:

    WP Memory Limit: ? – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP

    Which indicates our plugin is not allowed to use any memory when processing a feed. That could be the cause for the issue at hand.

    Also, when you check your cron hooks/events: can you name the ones that start with woosea_*?

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our assistance is no longer required I will close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.
