Stuck on Retrieving list of WordPress Files

I was using the most current version and have also tried downgrading but am stuck on Retrieving list of WordPress Files, sometime is gives me the % showing at 0 but doesnt get beyond that. I’ve been trying for the last 2 days never had a problem with this plugin before
