    Hello everyone,

    I’ve installed the version 2.4.5 of Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin and Woocommerce 4.5.2.
    I’ve set all configuration to sync with woocommerce, but it is stuck on synchronization for days…
    My lastest log updates are followed below:

    Hi @caleblin, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – Can you perform a fresh uninstall & reinstall with the latest version of the plugin? We’re currently on v2.4.6. Maybe that might fix the issue.
    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – Are there any fatal errors in WooCommerce? (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs)
    – If you have a large number of plugins being used, you may need to bump up your memory limit on your server (1GB for example) to accommodate the initial sync.

    Hi,

    Apparently, the plugin is working normally now.
    I could sync my products, coupons, and orders.
    But I’m not sure how it was fixed.
