Stuck on “Sync Status: Running”

Hello,
I’m trying to import my customers to Mailchimp but for some reason the plugin is stuck on “Sync Status: Running” for the past 24 hours.
I tried:
– alternative Cron in wp-settings
– clearing cache
– disabling some Woocommerce related plugins
– using incognito tab in my browser
– running the process manually from cron tasks in Woo settings/toolsI see that new customers are being added to the list, but there is no progress about all those from before I installed the plugin.
What to do ?
