    Hello,

    I’m trying to import my customers to Mailchimp but for some reason the plugin is stuck on “Sync Status: Running” for the past 24 hours.

    I tried:
    – alternative Cron in wp-settings
    – clearing cache
    – disabling some Woocommerce related plugins
    – using incognito tab in my browser
    – running the process manually from cron tasks in Woo settings/tools

    I see that new customers are being added to the list, but there is no progress about all those from before I installed the plugin.

    What to do ?

    @sinorgpl If you’re currently seeing activity in your Mailchimp logs, that means things are working as expected. I would imagine you might be having some caching issues with the Action Scheduler? Sometimes the reasoning is that the cron never runs or only runs like 1 time every 30 minutes, or even longer. Typically it’s going to be related to a setting, or caching getting in the way of the scheduler to run properly.

    Can you see if you have a backlog of jobs in your Action Scheduler’s admin area? I’m wondering if something else might be fatal erroring and preventing the jobs from running.

    Please check your Woo Fatal logs to see if anything is out in the open, and we’ll be glad to help further when we get a little more info.
