    Since November I can no longer do a backup with WPBackItUp. It’s constantly stuck on “Validating backup.” I once left the page online for several hours and still nothing moved. I have the latest version of WordPress. On the right side of the screen, I get “Congratulations! You have performed 4 successful backups.”, but I haven’t really because 3 of those were attempts which had to be stopped after several hours as it would not continue from “validating backup.” My first backup too about 10 minutes in October, but was not able to do another one since then.

    Is there anything I can do? I sorely need to backup the site.

    Sorry you are having trouble with your back up.Please submit a support ticket. I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.

    All requests may be submitted using the WPBackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.
