stuck showing progress

Hi,

I’m using your plugin free version and successfully have already done one copy of the main site. Now, I need to copy the main site one more time to create instead of Greek the Deutsch version of site. But unfortunately, the progress of cloning stucks on 31%. And then it shows the following message

I have already tried to decrease php, to change apache to nginx, to deactivate security and cache plugins, but nothing is helpful, it stucks…on 31%… Can you please help me?
