Stuck to Open Mega Menu

We are facing an Issue WP Mega Menu plugin, when we go to the admin “Main Menu” home and click on the “WP Mega Menu” icon on hover it is stuck to open and did not load WP Mega Menu, please look at this issue and help us.

Hello,
Now we have deactivated all plugins and checked the Twenty Twenty-One theme with the WP Mega Menu plugin but again it is stuck to open and didn’t load WP Mega Menu, we have used PHP 7.4.
Sorry, we didn’t find any conflict occurs with the theme and any plugins, please look at this issue and help us.
