    Hello @esmee02

I checked the SiteGround migrator logs which can be found under the /wp-content/siteground-migrator.log

The problem seems to be happening on the remote host as there are timeout issues reported during the backup process performed there:

[31-Mar-2023 04:38:42 UTC] INFO: Transfer started. Creating archives of files...
[31-Mar-2023 04:38:42 UTC] INFO: Updating transfer id.
[31-Mar-2023 04:38:42 UTC] INFO: Updating transfer psk.
[31-Mar-2023 04:39:00 UTC] INFO: cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds

When such timeout happens the transfer is restarted. It appears that something on the remote end might be causing the interruption. You can check with your remote host for additional logs that can indicate the exact cause.

Once you obtain that information, please ensure that you open a ticket through your SiteGround Helpdesk based under your Client Area. We will review the case additionally and suggest the best approach to the situation.

    Best regards,
    Georgi Ganchev
