Stuck with “DearFlip: Loading WEBGL 3D”

    I have two ‘flippers’ on the site which worked correctly until recently. For a few days now, the loading always stops at 2% or the message “Loading WEBGL 3D” appears.
    If I am logged into the back-end of the site, however, everything works correctly.
    I have cleared the cache but nothing changes.
    The plugin is updated to the latest version.

    Hi,

    That site is running 1.7.33
    Please confirm what version you have installed.

    The latest is 2.2.29

    So you are not sure which version was working? We still see 1.7

    Can you clear your wp-rocket cache?

    We suggest you try disabling caching /minify/combine plugins and check if it works.
    Minify and combine features are not guaranteed to work.

    Exclude dflip.min.js in the settings

    i’m 100% sure that my plugin is updated to the 2.2.29 version.

    This is what i have on my plugin page:

    But yes, i’ve inspected the page from google chrome and seem to be at the 1.7.33, but my plugin says is updated so…

    I don’t have wp rocket, but i have cleared the cache.

    I tried disabling caching /minify/combine plugins end excluded dflip.min.js but nothing happen

    Hi,
    That is certainly because of the minify/combine plugin “WP Fastest Cache” giving the old output. Clear that plugin cache.
    The old dflip is coming from:
    https://www.ricicloinitalia.it/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/qkdgknqk/5pzj0.js
