• I have KB Support installed, and did the upgrade to the latest version. I do NOT have more than 3 tickets in my database.

    I have clicked “Start Upgrade” and “Update Ticket Numbers” over and over and nothing happens.

    Also – the dashboard widget never loads.

    Thanks for your patience here.

    Both issues are resolved with the 1.6.0 update we just launched. Please update to version 1.6.0 and let us know if you still continue to have any issues.
