Obviously there’s something going quite wrong here, but it’s difficult to tell what without being able to see any logs.

Could you please create a super admin user with email [ deleted ] so we can log in and troubleshoot this?

NOW not working anymore version 3 on my site, at the end retunr an error and crash entire site.

i have tried last version, but stucked at last 300 item. stucker at 100%…help me please…

Hi @mredodos – I see what you mean… do you have any error messages in your error log?

Edit: to be clear, I’m referring to the PHP error log, not the Cloner log (the Cloner was unable to capture any specific error messsage).

otherwise i have found a plugin conflict with 3.11 ( i dont found what is it).

I solved by deactivating all the unnecessary ones and putting the whole network into maintence mode, then cloning the site and then reactivating everything.

it is not a solution but at least I can go on working.

I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Today I tried to use the latest version of the plugin. the site was cloned in 5 minutes (against the 13 seconds of the old version) but it seems that everything was properly cloned this time without errors.
