    You need to setup the auto reply from the Jetpack > Auto Reply menu item.

    Hi (& thanks for the reply – so many other support forums don’t!!),
    Problem was me being thick – not paying attention! I’d not noticed the autoreply option appearing at the bottom of the Jetpack sub menu on the dashboard & was looking for it in the page. All working really well now.
    Am about to try the edit for the confirmation message….
