    Thank you for using this plugin. As per the screenshot. It looks like the CSS issue. Plugin CSS conflict with your theme CSS.
    Kindly share your website URL or your website developer can fix this with minor CSS changes.

    I have several websites with the same problem, but they are in a staging. What css attribute can I use? Or can you update your plugin to prevent this?

    Plugin CSS is standard. You need to update your theme CSS or add additional CSS code from WP admin customizer settings.
