Style Changes not showing on live page

So I am beating my head on the desk trying to figure this out…

I have made changes to the “style” options on a “select box” such as changing the label font weight to Bold 700.

In the builder everything looks great and as it should but after publishing and saving the changes the live page doesn’t show any style changes. I have tried everything and cannot find why this isn’t working.

Note: I have other fields with style changes and they work perfectly fine. If I make other changes to this “select box” such as suboptions those changes come right through to the live page no problem.
