style.css not working with Hestia Child Theme

Hi,

I followed your page on how to install Hestia Child Theme, however i’m not able to get style.css working.

I have a dummy code just for testing purposes but it is not working (https://ibb.co/HY5XY5V).

I inspected my website and I noticed that child theme style.css shows up at last, which is fine.

What am I missing here?
