• I already have a phenomenal site that’s been highly customized for me and requires very little upkeep, but I did have to swap out a form from a standard ZenDesk support form to a Gravity Forms one in a hurry last week. I know Gravity Forms is a superior form builder and it’s a breeze to use from a functionality perspective but it’s not so easy to style unless you’re willing to commit to figuring out the CSS, which I am not. (Context: I’m a digital marketing department of one running 2 sites, managing competing priorities from UX to lead gen and forever short on time.) This plugin saved the day. I built my form, dropped it on the site, and styled it exactly as I needed in under 20 minutes.

This plugin has a bunch of other capabilities that are probably also great, but I only happened to need the form styling functionality and alas, cannot speak to those.
