I have sent you more details. I believe the theme isn’t loading the cf7 css on standard pages. only seems to work on the contact us page template.

Works ok on standard Twenty-Twenty-one theme.

the reason is the wrong class “wpcf7-form-control” when your style needs “form-control” only

To solve you can change the class name
