Style of form is not working

Please check which Design Style are you using on the form and try with default WordPress theme like Twenty-Twenty-One to see if the issue resolves.

Please also try enabling Load form using AJAX and Prevent page caching on form pages options under Edit Form->Behavior->Rendering

If both suggestions did not help, please share an export of the form with us, so that we can check further.
