Here are answers of your queries.
1. Please send screenshot and exact url
2. Go to Appearance => Customize => Featured Section Options => Feature Slider Selection, It seems like you have selected Full Screen Background from Feature Slider Image Display Options , select Responsive Image, You can use image size of 1500*700, or similar size, it is highly recommended to use exact same size of images.
3. Go to Appearance => Customize => Home Main Content Area , You can find there are many widgets, Expand AT Team/Speakers Section, you can add any number of team member.
4. From WooCommerce setting , select all WooCommerce pages including Cart

Please add following custom CSS on Appearance => Customize => Additionsl CSS

.at-gallery-item img {
    width: 900px;
    max-width: 100%;
}

The theme doesn’t add any post by default.
Please check for plugins or other things that may add post.

MySQL in my server, alway auto shutdown.
I think my web there is backdoor.
And, it’s auto create new post in blog.
I don’t know plugin i need use.

WooCommerce only adds pages when you install it. There are no any other plugins which auto adds page or post. We would like to recommend you to contact your host or hire developer to fix it. It is not our scope of support.
