Style only first option in select dropdown

    Hi all! Sorry if this has been asked before – I wasn′t able to find an answer with my searches (or just used the wrong terms maybe):

    Is it possible to define a different font color for just the first option in a select dropdown (select.wpcf7-select)? My attempts with :first-child weren′t successful unfortunately…
