• I have a UNIQUE product designed for a very specific and identifiable customer. I think I have 2 options. The site is published under a Password for now. It is 4 pages long including the Cart Page. In other words I am not expecting prospects to do a Search Engine to find me. So I can make the site 1 long page or 4 short pages. My message is an INTRODUCTION to a NEW UNIQUE tool at no more than $125.00. Currently, at the bottom of each page, I have a “CLICK HERE” button to the next page. Or a I can do a single page for them to examine and make a decision. What consensus would be best?

How will your “very specific and identifiable customer” find you then? Do you have an existing mailing list? Will you be driving paid ad campaigns?

    Split test.

The only “consensus” that matter is that of your “very unique and identifiable customer”. Everyone else’s opinion (including yours and mine) shouldn’t matter.

So do a split test: send 50% of your traffic to each of the two variations and choose the one that leads to a higher conversion. (Of course you need to have statistically significant traffic to draw a valid conclusion fro your such a test. If you’re handing links to a handful of people, then you can as well toss a coin and pick either sales page option.)

    Good luck!

    Thanks for your answer.

My audience are shooter/hunters that RELOAD ammunition for either hunting or competitive sports shooting. Competitors gather around several identified organizations with their own magazines and Forums. Additionally, there are a number of parts suppliers that have YouTube channels with large followings.

The reloading/hunting world is also collected in a group of magazines, forums and public shows.
