    Hello,

There are a few styling issues in our site, and I add ?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm to the end of my page URL, and in this way, everything looks fine. (So, at this point I assume the issue is somewhere between CSS Settings and Js Settings in the Page Optimization)

Then I go ahead and disable pretty much everything in those 2, and purge all, but still, it doesn’t fix the issue.

Maybe useful: the issue happens only on the first visit to the page. Meaning, once you open the website, you notice some style-related issues, but if you CTRL+F5, everything will be loaded properly. (Now, this sounds like a cache issue, right? I also disabled the cache completely, but still, the issue is there. I also tried disabling the Crawler, as well as the “Empty Entire Cache”. But no luck.)

Just in case: We are using LightSpeed + PHP 7.4.16 + LSMCD

Any idea what is causing the issue, please?

    Thanks

  • Hi, Hamed,

Please be more specific about your issue so we know exactly what it is. And, please provide us with the link to your site so we can observe it in action.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

please do me a screenshot or screen recording if possible

I go ahead and disable pretty much everything in those 2

please try reset to default setting as well

and also please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    @qtwrk Report number: LCSIBYQA

I can’t share the screenshot or screencast of the website “Publicly” due to the NDA.

So, if I click on “Reset All Settings”, will that affect the images we optimized? (we optimized 43K+ images with Quic, and we don’t want to lose them.)

    Thanks

    Hi,

you can put the screenshot or screencast link in note section of report , then send a new report

by reset it will stop image optm , but it won’t touch any images that were optimized already , and you can resume the img optm by refresh the domain key again

    never mind , I see what’s happened

this actually has nothing to do with LiteSpeed Cache plugin

you were using , I assume , some kind of “security” plugin to rewrite the path , e.g.

    from

    domain.com/wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/assets/css/frontend.css

    to

    domain.com/addons/editor-pro/assets/css/frontend.css

and you have cloudflare cached that page , so when you undo this path rewrite , CF still serving the page with that /addons/ path , instead of actual /wp-content/ path and give you error on CSS/JS files

disable cloudflare cache everything will fix it for you

    Best regards,
