style sheet css being overwritten by something

Hey (again)

I have problem with css that is being overwritten.
when adding the css in customizer I see its working but when looking at the website the effects not working.
plus… when adding css to child theme style.css or rtl.css they dont work. only if I add them in Simple Custom CSS and JS plugin. (but some dont work even than, only work inside the customizer).

I tried adding function.php to child them again and adding rtl to it again. didnt help. tried with no rtl – didnt help.

I tried adding css to main theme style.css and rtl.css. didnt work. also in assets/css folder.

I tried disabling alllllll plugins. didnt work.

no cache plugins in the site.

now all plugin is working (no cache), and the code is in the customizer.
