    Using Firebug I have noticed that a line break
    <br>
    is used to put the retweet, reply and favorite image buttons on a new line.

    I simply opened wp-twitter-feed.php in a text editor and on line 431 removed two instances of
    \n
    Re-saved, and uploaded to server.

    Voila!

    I have today updated the plugin. The free version no longer has this issue but does use Twitter’s official embedded tweet timeline to output rather than flat HTML. I wrote a blog post about it today.

    As a result I have also made Twitter Feed PRO and launched it today, where it has more options than ever before, and also lets you use your own CSS classes to design the web intent buttons as you wish.
