style.css not loading in single entry lightbox

Hi folks,
I would like to style the single entry lightboxes so that the styles match the rest of my site. However this seems impossible to do, since the style.css does not load for them. Any changes I make to the css (using inspect element) do not have any effect when added to style.css.
so the single entries have that bland default gravity forms style – and don’t match my site.
Any ideas how to fix this?
