styles animated hl not loading when wrapped

hi,

when the block “animated headline” is put into a standard wordpress container, styles are not loading (e.g. insert a “columns” block with 3 columns, and insert the “animated headline” block into the middle one)

This is independent from the theme I am using, it does appear also with twenty twenty one. Nor is it an caching issue, issue appears despite server caching and site caching disabled
