Styles/ format changes do not show online

Hello
First thing to say is that I’m a relative beginner with websites!

I have been using WordPress with the Elementor plug in for c 10 months with no issues. Yesterday I made extensive edits to a page and the formatting is not showing on the live website (copy not centre-ing, colour of fonts wrong, layout of 4 column block messed up)

I have followed all the suggestions in this article repeatedly but nothing has worked https://elementor.com/help/changes-dont-appear-online/

I have done the following:
– cleared browser cache
– applied ‘clear this cache’ on the page itself
– removed all cache files WITHIN WP Rocket (using the buttom for this)
– deactivated WP Rocket (which I have now reinstalled since it made no difference)
– contacted our website host to ask them to remove caches – they tell me that the hosting package we have does not include caching
