Stylesheet is missing

  • After the last theme-update from the 2nd of January (for my blog I use the sneak lite theme) the theme sueva free doesn′t work. I get the message, a style.css is missing.

    So, I uninstall the sueva-free theme and would like to reinstall this. After that, I get following message:

    “This message Download the installation package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/theme/suevafree.1.4.2.zip…

    Unzip the package …

    The theme will be installed …

    The package could not be installed. The Theme is missing style.css the stylesheet.

    The theme installation failed.”

    If there is no style sheet in the last update?

    Can you help me, please?

    i’ve got a similar issue, i don’t know what is the problem with the download from www.ads-software.com, sometimes the download is incomplete, i’ll try to contact the review team.

    Anyway you can extract the downloaded package, check if there is style.css file and then, upload suevafree folder under yoursite/wp-content/themes/

    Sorry about that. One of our servers made a bad copy of the theme’s ZIP file. The server has been corrected and all servers now have the proper ZIP file.
