Stylesheet not being loaded only on the Index Page

    I have created a child theme of Twenty twelve. The theme was fine but at once the style sheet stopped loading on the index page. All pages accept index page are loaded with proper stylesheet. my site is TechToll.in

    Please help me as i cannot not afford to be my site looking so lame at this stage.

    I deactivated and re activated the W3 Total Cache Plugin. It is working fine. I am not sure if it will happen twice.
