If you are interested in making any modifications to the product page styling, you would need to make code modifications on the plugin files directly. You can find the code for the product page at the Product Add-ons plugin directory location of /includes/Frontend/Product.php, starting on line 37 you will see the code referenced to display styling of the add-on options and Add to Cart functions.??
